Please note that it is mandatory to provide pictures.

• A picture of the whole product;
  
  
• A picture of the defect;
  
  
• A picture of the product's label inside the shoe;
  
  
• A picture of the product's label/hangtag (if apparel);
  
  
• A picture of the bottom of the soles;
  
  
• A picture of the label on the shoe box showing the size and style details.
