Please note that it is mandatory to provide some pictures.
- A picture of the whole product;
- A picture of the defect;
- A picture of the product's label inside the shoe;
- A picture of the product's label/hangtag (if apparel);
- A picture of the bottom of the soles;
- A picture of the label on the shoe box showing the size and style details.
